My 3 rules of thumb when checking out a new book to read are:
1. - It must be an entertaining and well written story.
2. - The art must be beautiful.
3. - I cannot mind reading it over and over and over and well, you get the point.
We also love books that are about sweet characters, books that are humorous, books that inspire learning, and books that feed the imagination.
