Dom's new song to sing to me:
It's so cute to hear him singing out "Apples, peaches, and pumpkin pie," albeit a bit off key, but still as adorable as you can imagine.
David has often repeated a line from Cars following questions he asks Dom, such as:
"What have I told you about purposefully spilling your water? .... To not to!"
Dom has picked up on this now, so whenever I start a question with "What have I told you...," he answers with, "To not to."
Blaise continues to be the most chillax child in existence. He often is found laying on his blanket, chewing on a cloth, and now somewhat yucky, little bunny. Smiles are always on his face, unless he truly needs something, and then he can be pretty cranky. We have already started instilling in him the love for books he is bound to have, and he happily sits in on most reading times throughout the day.
"Have a heart that never hardens, a temper that never tires, and a touch that never hurts."
In order to fulfill my impatience for the next season of Downton Abbey, the husband and I have been viewing the new Upstairs, Downstairs. Not quite DA, but it's still British, the 1930s, a commentary on the class system, and entertaining.
Hoping to actually pick up some books this week in my downtime. Summer is here - let the reading commence! (More on our goals for that soon!)
