Weekly Capture XV

There's not too much to catch up on, since I just posted about last week on Tuesday. It's been an up and down week. Fun moments, but definitely some trying moments as well. Blaise has been experimenting with the no-nap sort of days. Mama does not approve in the least. At the same time, his brother is pushing his 2 year old will as far as he can. This resulted in a nearly 2 hour breakfast time on Wednesday. No fun.

Boy Updates
Dom's new song to sing to me:

It's so cute to hear him singing out "Apples, peaches, and pumpkin pie," albeit a bit off key, but still as adorable as you can imagine.

David has often repeated a line from Cars following questions he asks Dom, such as:
"What have I told you about purposefully spilling your water?  .... To not to!"
Dom has picked up on this now, so whenever I start a question with "What have I told you...," he answers with, "To not to."

Blaise continues to be the most chillax child in existence. He often is found laying on his blanket, chewing on a cloth, and now somewhat yucky, little bunny. Smiles are always on his face, unless he truly needs something, and then he can be pretty cranky. We have already started instilling in him the love for books he is bound to have, and he happily sits in on most reading times throughout the day.

"Have a heart that never hardens, a temper that never tires, and a touch that never hurts."
       Charles Dickens

In order to fulfill my impatience for the next season of Downton Abbey, the husband and I have been viewing the new Upstairs, Downstairs. Not quite DA, but it's still British, the 1930s, a commentary on the class system, and entertaining.

Hoping to actually pick up some books this week in my downtime. Summer is here - let the reading commence! (More on our goals for that soon!)

Heyo! Welcome to Two Os Plus More! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a note. I *do* read and appreciate each and every comment, but sometimes due to, you know, life and stuff, it does take me a bit to reply. Cheers!
