Last Week of the Lenten Meal Link-Up 2014

It's actually here - the last week of the Lenten Meal Link-Up, and you know what that means, right? The last week of Lent, too! I feel like Lent went by rather fast this year. How about you? Did it move at a regular pace or faster/slower for you?

In wrapping up my portion of the Link-Up, I am going to share a few recipes that YOU shared over the past 6 weeks that I tried, will be trying this week, or was completely inspired by.   1. I would eat soup every single day if my husband didn't dislike it so much! He says once a month, MAX. It's so sad... I figure if I can limit myself to once a week during Lent, that's good enough?

    I really want to make those Rosti, and I made black bean soup for the first time a few weeks before you posted the recipe (which was basically how I made it!) - so yummy! That's definitely getting added to the soup rotation, because my husband HATES beans and was actually willing to eat it.
